Processing of the personal data

The following information concerns the processing of the personal data of visitors and / or customers of this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Concerned Person") by the above-mentioned seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The processing and protection of such personal data is governed by the provisions of Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), in conjunction with the provisions of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the EU Council. 2016/679 of 27th April 2016 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation").

Processing personal data when sending an order

Personal information of the Concerned Person processed by the Operator for the purpose of dealing with orders and fulfillment of the obligations arising from the purchase contract concluded between the Concerned Person and the Operator is: the name and surname, the postal and e-mail address and the telephone number of the Concerned Person.

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the fulfillment of the rights and obligations arising from the abovementioned contract, which would otherwise not have been possible to conclude.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the statutory obligations of the Operator resulting from generally binding legislation, in particular from the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Act in the sale of goods or the provision of services on the basis of a distance contract or contract concluded outside the seller's premises, the Archives Act and the Registrars, the Accounting Act and the VAT Act, for at least 10 years.

In particular, the Concerned Person has the right to require from the Operator access to his or her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another operator, if the personal data were processed in an automated manner at the request of the Concerned Person, the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Office if the Operator and / or the Intermediary proceeds to process personal data in violation of the Regulation and / or the Act.

The goods and / or services offered in the online store are not intended for visitors under the age of 18.

Processing personal data when signing up for the newsletter

Personal information of the Concerned Person processed by the Operator for the purpose of sending information about his products and services is: the email address, the name and surname of the Concerned Person.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the Concerned Person under the § 13 par. (1) a) Act in conjunction with art. 6 par. (1) a) Regulation that may be revoked at any time by clicking on the active link at the end of each newsletter or on the basis of a written request sent to the Operator's email address.

Personal data will be processed for as long as the Concerned Person has interest in sending the Operator´s newsletter.

Processing of personal data of the Concerned Person may be entrusted with an Intermediary who provides or can manage the newsletters' campaigns for the Operator.

Processing of personal data of the Concerned Person will not lead to an automated decision making or profiling, and the Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, to an international organization, or to a third party, except for an Intermediary.

In particular, the Concerned Person has the right to require from the Operator access to his or her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another operator, if the personal data were processed in an automated manner at the request of the Concerned Person, the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if the Operator and / or the Intermediary proceeds to process personal data in violation of the Regulation and / or the Act.

Processing personal data when rating a purchase and / or asking questions

The Concerned Person's personal data processed by the Operator for the purpose of publishing his/her purchase rating or the Concerned Person´s question about the specific product / service are: name and surname, place of residence (city).

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the consent of the Concerned Person under §13 par. (1) a) Act in conjunction with art. 6 par. (1) (a) Regulation which may at any time be revoked on the basis of an application addressed to the Operator.

Personal data will be processed for as long as the Concerned Person has an interest in publishing a purchase rating and / or a question (which, along with the Operator's response, also serves other customers to obtain more product and service information) on the Operator's site.

When processing the Concerned Person´s personal data, an automated decision-making or profiling will not be made, and the Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, an international organization, or a third person.

In particular, the Concerned Person has the right to require from the Operator access to his or her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to data portability to another operator, if the personal data were processed in an automated manner at the request of the Concerned Person, the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office if the Operator proceeds to process personal data in violation of the Regulation and / or the Act.

The purchase rating and / or question form is not intended for visitors under the age of 18.

Processing personal data when using the Registered Customer service

Personal Information of the Concerned Person processed by the Operator for the purpose of providing the Registered Customer service is: name and surname, postal and e-mail address and telephone number of the Concerned Person.

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the fulfillment of the rights and obligations associated with the use of the Registered Customer service that could otherwise not be provided in full.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of interest of the Concerned Person in using the Registered Customer service.

Processing of personal data of the Concerned Person may be entrusted to the Intermediary who provides the Operator with e-shop solutions to ensure the proper operation of the e- shop, thus also with the proper functioning of the Registered Customer service.

Processing of personal data of the Concerned Person will not lead to an automated decision making or profiling, and the Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, to an international organization, or to a third party, except for the Intermediary.
