Shipping and payment

Transport cost depends on weight and delivery address.

Stetex will send a price offer (packaging, shipping, customs fees) after entering your order.

Once the offer has been agreed, we will send you a proforma invoice.

After the payment of the proforma invoice (crediting the amount to the STETEX bank account), the goods will be sent to the delivery address.

Trading with partners from outside the European Union is associated with a greater number of administration (custom, related services), especially in connection with the crossing of the Union's borders.

For a delivery address in a non-European country (it is a third country), the cost of the customs procedure is charged when exporting goods.

Estimated price of transport to the countries of the European Union for 1 package up to 30 kg: 

• The exact shipping price will be offered after placing the order. 
• The price of transport with a weight over 30 kg will be offered individually after placing the order.
